Dele has 20 years of consulting and business management experience predominantly in IT service business, project and program management, people leadership and technology innovation.

He has held management positions in global technology corporations such as IBM and Microsoft. He is a strong advocate of good governance, leading capacity development and effective leadership.

He holds B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Science from University of Ibadan and Masters in Computer Security from University of Liverpool. He is an alumnus of Lagos business school, IBM Global sales school and INSEAD business school.

Dele is a certified Project management Professional (PMP) of over a decade and an ITIL expert in IT Service management.

He has consulted in the Middle East, Africa and Asia for several clients and has led over 200 projects focusing on Restructuring and Re-engineering Processes, Strategic Planning, Digital Transformation, Infrastructure, Cyber Security,Enterprise Integration, Core Banking Application and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) while working at Computer Warehouse Group (CWG) Plc, IBM Global Business Services, Microsoft Corporation and currently as Partner for Holmen Consulting.
